You will get more accurate measurements if you have a friend take them for you.
To measure for width, measure around the widest part of your chest
with your arms at your sides. To measure for length, measure down
your back from the nape of your neck. For mid-riff shirt, three
measurements are necessary; width - around the widest part of the
chest, bottom width - around the rib cage just under the breasts, where
the bottom edge of the bra sits, length - from the nape of the neck to
the place you measured around for the bottom width, approximately the
bottom edge of your bra.
